Ingredients

½ cup Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Gluten-Free Flour Blend
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maple syrup
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Butter a 9 inch baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all of the dry ingredients; gluten free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla with the melted butter with a whisk. Combine the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients slowly. Mix with a rubber spatula or spoon until combined. Top with the chopped nuts and bake for 20-22 minutes. Do not overbake.
- Allow the brownies to cool off a little bit before cutting.
