Mediterranean Omelet
By Esther Boateng
Fluff, stuff, and fold your way to a Mediterranean style omelet filled with goodies galore. Create a unique taste with ingredients such as: Feta cheese, black or green olives, red onions, organ-based seasoning, wild ramp, and threefold blend savory powder, and give your omelet some character. A low to moderate heat ensures your eggs don’t stick to the pan. When they’re slightly firm, transfer to plate and get stuffing. Add your favorite filling, fold over the edges, and serve with ingredients such as guacamole, hummus, or Baba ghanoush.
