Salmon and Broccoli

To make this cozy comfort meal all you need is salmon and broccoli plus a few basic condiments. Prepare your salmon, or any another type of fish, combine it with steamed broccoli florets and garnish with a spicy fermented tahini dressing and pepper salt.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Raw Probiotic Organic Sauerkraut – Carrot

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt (garnish)
2 wild caught salmon fillets, seasoned and broiled, smoked or canned, cooked or reheated
3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 avocado, diced
1 Tbsp. tahini - smooth
3+ Tbsp filtered water or bone broth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp. Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden All Purpose Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Balsamic Vinegar
Salmon
Fermented Tahini Dressing
Directions
Fermented Tahini Dressing
Add tahini to a small bowl.
Add water or bone broth
Use a fork to whisk until you get a smooth pourable consistency.
Add lemon juice, crushed garlic, and season with remaining ingredients.
Do a taste test and add additional seasoning or liquid if necessary. Set aside.
Salmon
Cook or reheat salmon and broccoli.
Slightly mash salmon into bitesize pieces.
To a bowl add mashed salmon, cooked broccoli florets, sauerkraut and avocado.
Toss ingredients.
Drizzle with fermented tahini dressing.
Garnish with a small pinch of pepper salt to taste and serve.
