Sardines with beans and greens is a simple take-it-easy recipe you can create in minutes with little effort. Use sprouted beans or beans from a tin. Season with green vegetable powders, sauerkraut, olive paste, and avocado, and finish off with a dash of fermented hot sauce or balsamic vinegar.
