Sausage Bake with Ricotta
By Esther Boateng
This spicy sausage bake calls for the tastiest sausage you can find. Use a can of crushed tomatoes or the ones that come in a glass jar, add vegetable powders, top with ricotta cheese, and bake until golden brown. Feel free to include overnight soaked lentils or beans with your sausage, such as mung beans or lentils. Garnish with a splash of probiotic hot sauce and serve with creamy mashed potatoes or rice.
