Savory Trail Mix

Rustle up this trail mix in minutes. Gather your favorite nuts and seeds: crunchy sprouted almonds, pecans, cashew nuts and/or walnuts, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds and sunflower seeds. Add a little olive oil or ghee and some delicious veggie powder seasonings; shake and serve. Enjoy this snack on the go, or if you’re at home, why not add some fresh popped popcorn and a little extra melted ghee for an indulgent treat?

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sprouted nuts: Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Sprouted Almonds, Sprouted Pecans, cashews, and/or walnuts
- 1/4 cup sprouted seeds like pumpkin, sunflower and/or watermelon seeds

Drizzle Dr. Cowan’s Garden Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Dr. Cowans Garden A2/A2 Ghee Butter, melted (optional)

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Turmeric Powder

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pluck All Purpose Seasoning

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pepper Salt

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Threefold Blend Powder - Savory

Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Appalachian Heirloom Sweet Flint Popcorn (optional)
Directions
Place your choice of sprouted nuts and seeds in a container with a cover.
Drizzle olive oil and, if desired, melted ghee.
Cover and shake to distribute oil and ghee evenly.
Add seasonings, cover and shake to coat nuts and seeds thoroughly.
If adding popcorn, season popcorn to taste with more melted ghee and additional pinches of the seasonings, then toss in the nut mixture. Enjoy!
