Three-Beet Chia Pudding


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 can of full-fat coconut milk 
  • 1 cup of another nut milk (I generally use homemade almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp Dr. Cowan's Garden Three-Beet Powder 

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. Stir in one scant 1/2 cup of chia seeds and pour into jars.  Chill overnight.
