- 1 Tbsp Dr. Cowan's Garden Three-Beet Powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add the maple syrup and Three-Beet Powder. Turn heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Allow at least 10 minutes to cool. Use as a glaze for cookies or cakes.
- (The beet powder won't dissolve completely, which gives the glaze a rustic finish!)
