The green leaves of many edible plants contain an abundance of usable protein, which is concentrated in the dehydration process. In our high-protein blend, we use fava and moringa leaves. These are steamed before dehydration to unlock their nutrients.
High-protein moringa leaves are also rich in minerals and Vitamins A, B6 and thiamin, calcium, iron, copper and manganese.
The flavor of this blend is stronger than most greens you’re used to. Still, it’s subtle enough to disappear into almost anything you add it to. Sprinkle on salads, eggs, rice and quinoa, buttered popcorn, steamed or roasted vegetables, fish or chicken. Add to smoothies, soups, stews, pasta, spaghetti sauce – really, anything you enjoy eating! Our favorite way to use High-Protein Leaf Powder is sprinkled over sliced avocados.
We recommend transferring the powder from the refill pouch to an empty Miron jar to prolong its freshness.
