Cacao Dusted Almonds
By Esther Boateng
Grab a handful of almonds or pecans and lightly dust them with burdock root and cacao powder and enjoy a healthy snack in minutes. Dusted nuts make excellent toppers for yogurt or oatmeal. They retain their crunch and taste amazing with the added savory and sweet flavor profile. To thicken my chocolate smoothie, I’ll sometimes toss in a handful of dusted nuts and blend until smooth.
