Limited Supply! Our beautiful golden A2/A2 pure ghee comes from a herd of pastured cows in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The entire herd has been certified A2/A2 through genetic testing. Just from the golden color alone, you can tell this ghee is special! The ghee is very nutrient dense, rich and creamy with a light caramelized, nutty flavor. Our ghee is heated and reduced until all the milk solids separate, then the casein and lactose solids are filtered out; we filter five times! The result is good, healthy, pure, flavorful ghee!

  • Lactose Free (filtered 5 times)
  • Grass-fed
  • Non-GMO
  • High Smoke Point of 485°F (butter is 200-250°F, coconut oil is 350°F)
  • Remains Shelf Stable After Opening (for months or more)

You can substitute it for butter on just about anything sauteed, roasted, grilled or baked, or as a finishing butter on pancakes, toast, vegetables, grilled cheese, popcorn, pasta and rice or stirred into your coffee. We also highly recommend melting and mixing our ghee with our vegetable powders and other seasonings to create a delicious cooking and/or finishing baste for any meat!

Ghee is a nutritional powerhouse containing vitamins A, D, E and K. Our grass-fed ghee has much higher levels of vitamin K2, which is important for heart health. Ghee contains CLA, conjugated linoleic acid, an Omega-6 fatty acid that stimulates the body to increase metabolic rates, boost “immunity” (detoxification) and sustain lean muscle mass. Grass-fed ghee contains Omega-3 fatty acids, another critical component of a healthy heart. Ghee is also very moisturizing for skin and hair and has anti-inflammatory properties.

  • 100% Grass-Fed
  • Non-GMO
  • In stock, ready to ship

Fish Supper

Fried fish was on our school lunch menu almost every Friday without fail. It was usually fish fingers, deep-fried in a thick coat of breadcrumbs. For a long time I didn’t realize it was possible to eat fish any other way. These days, I like to enjoy a piece of grilled or pan-fried fish, cooked to perfection at a fine dining restaurant. If you want to avoid the heavy price tag that usually accompanies a gourmet meal, why not create your own fish supper at home for a fraction of the price?
