Charcuterie Plate

Take a few slices of beef, chicken, or ham and transform them into a smorgasbord of tasty tidbits. Build your plate with slices of your favorite cheese, crackers or sourdough toast, a serving of olive paste, and a side of olive oil seasoned with balsamic vinegar. You can make larger portions of this meal to share with family and friends or simply stick to a single-sized serving.

Ingredients

4+ Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Olive Oil
-
1-2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Balsamic Vinegar

pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
-
2 Tbsp. Dr Cowan’s Garden Olive Paste
- 1/4 cup sweet peppers, diced (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Carrot Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Three-Beet Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Low-Oxalate Greens Powder
- beef, chicken, or ham, thinly sliced
- Manchego cheese, thinly sliced
- Handful Dr. Cowan’s Garden Crispy Sprouted Almond Nuts
- sourdough toast or crackers
Directions
To a small serving bowl add your desired amount of olive oil.
Season with a dash of balsamic vinegar and pinch of peppersalt. This is your olive oil and balsamic dressing,
To a small bowl add olive paste, diced sweet peppers if you’re using them, carrot powder, beetroot powder, and low-oxalate greens powder and mix.
Arrange cold cuts of meat, cheese, almond nuts, and sourdough toast or crackers on a plate or chopping board and serve with your dressing and olive paste mixture.
