Soups and Stews
- 1 quart chicken or beef bone broth
2 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Garden Three-Beet Powder
1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Garden Carrot Powder
- ¼ cup heavy cream or yogurt
- Pinch of sea salt, or more as desired
- In a saucepan, heat the bone broth until a rolling boil.
- Add the powders and sea salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Allow soup to cool slightly, then add the cream or yogurt and stir to combine.
