Our cold-pressed 300+ Polyphenol Beyond Organic Olive Oil from Greece exceeds standards for high polyphenolic content* and is suitable as an all-purpose EVOO for cooking. Perfect for dressings and salads, cooking eggs, poultry meats, or seafood, or simply enjoyed with freshly baked crusty bread.
The olives are harvested and washed with cold water, ground into a paste, and spun in a centrifuge which extracts the oil from the olive mixture. It is known as the “first cold press”. This process usually occurs within 90 minutes from the time the olives are harvested. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is also high polyphenolic, characterized as “research-grade” olive oil, which starts at 250mg polyphenols/Kg.
The olives are grown following the same time-honored beyond organic practices by the same multi-generational family in Greece that produces all our high quality, award-winning olive oil.

Storage/Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Shelf life is approximately 18-24 months if kept between 57 and 62 degrees Fahrenheit.
