Want to upgrade your morning cup of tea? Try this Ashitaba tea beverage; it’s a gamechanger. It’s refreshing, easy to make, and tastes a bit like a shake due to the creamy colostrum powder. Customize the flavor profile with a dash of ginger or fresh mint, and serve with or without ice.

Ingredients

1 or 2 teabags Dr. Cowan’s Garden Ashitaba Tea - Liver Support, cold brewed
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
-
1+ tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Three-Beet Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Hibiscus Concentrate
- 2 tsp+ Raw Revelations Colostrum Powder
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
- raw honey to taste (optional)
- ginger (optional) or
- mint (optional)
Directions
Place teabag(s) in cold or room temperature water and let brew until the color changes.
- Discard the bag(s) and the tea is ready to use.
- Use a high-speed food processor or milk frother and blend cold brewed tea with remaining ingredients for a few seconds.
- Serve with or without ice.
