Beet, Ginger and Turmeric Beverage

Try this heartwarming beverage made from beet, ginger, turmeric, and a small chunk of fresh aloe vera. It’s refreshing, light and takes minutes to prepare. To sweeten this beverage, try honey or maple syrup or simply let a few mulberries or longan berries soak in the beverage for a natural infusion. In the morning, I prefer warm beverages, so I’ll add some warm water to the mixture, but it also tastes great at room temperature or straight from the fridge.

    I wish there were more ideas like this. There’s so much junk around is good to see quality ideas appearing that are actually good for our bodies 🌱
