Beetiful Nutty Yogurt

Start with your base, i.e. your favorite yogurt, such as Greek yogurt or unflavored Kefir, add three-beet powder, carrot powder, threefold blend-slightly sweet, turmeric, granola, and honey or maple syrup. Top your yogurt mixture with a handful of sprouted cinnamon and maple walnut crunch flavored sprouted nuts, and garnish with a light dusting of three-beet powder or bee pollen.

3-4 scoops Greek yogurt or kefir

1/4 cup Dr. Cowan’s Garden Flavored Spouted Nuts - Cinnamon Maple Walnut Crunch
- bee pollen (optional)
Directions
To a small bowl add yogurt or kefir.
- Stir in vegetable powders, sweetener if you’re using it, and granola.
- Add crushed maple walnut crunch and garnish with beetroot powder or bee pollen and serve.
