Cheesy Sourdough Toast with Balsamic Vinegar

Try this recipe the next time you crave cheese on toast. Butter a couple of slices of sourdough bread with a thin layer of ghee butter, add a few drops of balsamic vinegar, top with cheese, and toast until warm and gooey.

Ingredients
1 cup cheese, grated
- Dash Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Balsamic Vinegar
- pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Turmeric Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Leek Powder

pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt

Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2 Ghee
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Dr. Cowan’s Garden Raw Probiotic Organic Sauerkraut – Original

Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- To a small bowl add grated cheese, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, turmeric powder, leek powder, and peppersalt. Gently mix. This is your cheese spread mixture.
- In an oven-safe baking tray, spread ghee over the sourdough bread.
- Add a dash of balsamic vinegar (optional).
- Top with cheese spread mixture.
- Toast for approximately 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with a small amount of sauerkraut or a splash of fermented hot sauce and serve warm.
