Try these Heavenly Deviled Eggs with Kale Powder! This recipe is a great substitution for traditional deviled eggs.
Kale is a highly nutritious vegetable known for its many phytochemicals, which are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer. It is one of the best sources of Vitamin K, which helps regulate the body’s inflammatory process, as well as beta-carotene, which has been shown to help prevent cancer. It is also a great source for Vitamin C and manganese, which is important for skin health.
In a bowl combine the eggs yolks, Worcestershire sauce, Thai Red Curry Paste, mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, shallot, turmeric, Kale Powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mash together with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Fill a pipe bag with the egg yolk mixture and pipe into the center of the hard-boiled egg whites. Garnish with vegetable sticks and serve cold. Serve with slices of prosciutto or cooked chicken, if desired.
