Stir-fried Okra
By Esther Boateng
Stir-fried okra is a great alternative to green beans. When thinly, sliced they cook quite quickly and are delicious with mild seasoning and a knob of ghee. Garnish your okra with a dash of balsamic vinegar, sauerkraut, or fermented hot sauce and serve with a protein.
