Veggie Popcorn and Caramel Corn


1 cup Heirloom Yellow Flint Popping Corn
1 tbsp Olive oil
½ Cup Butter
Sea Salt to taste
Dr. Cowan’s Garden Leek Powder
Dr. Cowan’s Garden Threefold Blend (Savory) Powder
Dr. Cowan’s Garden Three-Beet Powder
Dr. Cowan’s Garden Threefold Blend (Spicy) Powder
Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Butter
Flur de Sal (flaky salt)




  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Add popping corn, cover and shake periodically
  3. Melt butter
  4. Once popped, pour into 4 bowls
  5. Pour melted butter over popcorn
  6. Toss/mix with spoons
  7. Sprinkle with salt
  8. Sprinkle powders, and mix


Caramel Corn


  1. Pop the corn
  2. After popped, pour in bowl
  3. In the pan, heat maple syrup and butter until it bubbles and thickens
  4. Add popcorn and stir to cover
  5. Sprinkle with salt, and add back into bowl
