September Meal Plan
Pumpkins and spicy peppers are in season and I am very happy about it! I could honestly eat pumpkin in some form or another at every single meal of the day, while it is fresh, and not get tired of it.

- 3/4 lb wild haddock
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 pints beef bone broth
- 2 pints chicken bone broth
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 lb butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 oz Gouda cheese
- 1 cup raw milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups peas
- 4 carrots
- 2 onions
- 1 pint mushrooms
- 2 large pumpkins (Musque de Provence or cheese wheel are best)
- 1 shallot
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 1 pint Shishito pep pers
- 1 eggplant
- 1 lemon
- 8 fresh chili peppers
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 fresh bay leaf
- 2 tbsp dried sage
- Olive oil
- 2 cups pastry flour
