Ingredients
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2 Ghee
-
6-8 pieces Dr. Cowan’s Garden Flavored Sprouted Nuts – Cashew Crunch
-
Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
- pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Turmeric Powder
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder
- 14 fl. oz. chicken or beef bone broth
- 2- 4 Tbsp. filtered water (optional)
Directions
Gently heat bone broth to a lukewarm temperature.
- Remove from the heat.
- Transfer broth to a high-speed food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for at least 60 seconds to make sure all the cashew nuts get fully incorporated into the bone broth mixture.
Recipe Note
The ghee and cashew nuts give the broth a delicious creamy texture. For a thicker texture and more intense flavor profile, add a couple of extra cashew nuts. I sometimes use Epic or Fond bone broth, or you can make your own.
