Everything English Muffins

When it comes to English muffins, it’s all or nothing. Turn your toasted slice of sourdough muffin into a fabulous festive brunch with a few basic ingredients: turkey or ham slices, egg, cheese, sour cream, or avocado; take your pick. Want to keep it simple? No problem. Use a knob of ghee or drizzle of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar for a simple treat. Garnish your muffin with hot sauce, sauerkraut or olive paste, and enjoy every finger-licking moment.

1 sourdough English muffin, sliced and toasted

- Turkey slices or prosciutto ham slices
- 2 eggs, baked or poached
- 1/4 cup Manchego cheese, grated (optional)

Directions
Sour Cream Topping
To a small bowl, add sour cream and seasonings and mix well.
Avocado Topping
To a small bowl, add avocado flesh and seasoning.
- Use a fork and mash ingredients until you get your desired consistency.
Assembly Instructions
Slice and toast sourdough English muffin.
- Spread with ghee or drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Top with your choice of avocado, cooked eggs, turkey or ham slices and/or grated cheese, and finish with sour cream and a garnish of your choice.
