Mash-n-Go Avocado

This mash-n-go avocado dip is super easy, creamy, and slightly spicy. You can change the flavor profile to suit your tastebuds, and it compliments virtually any meal. Garnish your dip with a few extra goodies like sauerkraut, olive paste or fermented hot sauce. You can easily prepare your dip ahead of time and store it in the fridge, ready for when you want to pair it with your meal.

Ingredients
2 medium avocadoes, ripened and chopped
- 1 Tbsp. organic sour cream

2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Threefold Blend Powder - Savory

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sea Vegetable Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Raw Probiotic Organic Sauerkraut - Carrot (optional garnish)

1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Garden Olive Paste (optional garnish)

Dash Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce (optional garnish)
Directions
To a small bowl add chopped avocado.
- Add sour cream.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice (optional), and vegetable powders and gently mash with the back of a fork until you get chunky pieces of avocado.
- Garnish with sauerkraut, olive paste, hot sauce, and/or your favorite ingredient(s) and enjoy.
