Pepper Salt Sole and Creamy Lentils

By Esther Boateng

The next time you cook lentils, serve them with a rich subtly spicy sauce and tender fillets of sole lightly seasoned with Sea Vegetable Powder and Pepper Salt. With its flat shape, you’ll find sole cooks quite quickly, especially when pan-fried; alternatively, you can bake it in the oven for several minutes. Cooking sole in the oven allows you to prepare the sauce without having to constantly monitor the fish throughout the cooking process.

Serve your sole with lentils, preferably spouted. I like to sprout them overnight or soak them early in the morning so they’re ready by early evening.  If you time it right, you can whip up the sauce while the fish is being cooked and have them ready about the same time.
