Toasted Cheese and Sauerkraut Sarnie
By Esther Boateng
It’s easy to get excited about mealtimes, especially when you know a gloriously gooey cheese and sauerkraut sandwich made with lightly toasted sourdough bread is waiting in the wings for you.
Choose from a selection of Raw Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Seaside Cheddar, or Parmigiana Reggiano; they’re all bold and flavorful. If you want the full works, add mackerel or sardines mashed with cream cheese, dill, Sea-Vegetables Powder, Wild Ramp Powder, and Low-Oxalate Greens Powder. Garnish it with a touch of Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce, sit back and enjoy your cheesy creation.
