Chaga and Turmeric Golden Milk Latte


2 cups Dr. Cowan’s Garden Chaga Nugget tea, brewed as directed below

2 tbsp cream or raw milk

Honey to taste

1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Garden Turmeric powder

1 tsp cinnamon



  1. In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water and several Chaga chunks to a boil. Boil for 20 minutes and then turn heat to low. Use more Chaga for a darker brew.
  2. Simmer chaga on low for up to five hours. Strain out the chaga chunks. Use the desired amount for this recipe, and reserve the rest for later in the refrigerator. 
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the milk on low and add the honey stirring consistently with a whisk.
  4. As the milk heats up add the turmeric powder and cinnamon and whisk.
  5. Pour the milk mixture into the chaga tea and serve hot.
