Almond and Walnut Paste
By Esther Boateng
Whip up your own nut-based paste using almonds, walnuts, or any nut you like. You can enjoy this savory paste with crackers or use it to stuff your lettuce wraps. Garnish with a light dusting of three-beet powder, chopped red peppers, or your favorite herb such as tarragon or cilantro. While cream cheese will give your paste a smooth consistency, Greek yogurt is another healthy alternative.
