  • 1-2 lbs whitefish (halibut, cod, or Chilean Sea Bass)
  • 2 large celeriac roots
  • 2 pints wild mushrooms
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Bacon
  • 3 Lemons
  • Heavy cream
