Sauerkraut Scramble

When it comes to scrambled eggs, you can’t go wrong. Simply stir and fold your way to creamy buttery eggs within minutes. Keep it simple with a pinch of Pepper Salt or add extra seasoning for a stronger flavor profile. Pair your buttery scrambled eggs with two or three scoops of creamy cottage cheese seasoned with vegetable powders and serve with sauerkraut and avocado.

Ingredients
3 eggs
- 2 tsp. milk or sour cream (optional)

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pluck All Purpose Seasoning
-
1/2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder
-
1/4 tsp. Organic Turmeric Powder
-
1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Pepper Salt
-
1/2+ Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden A2/A2 Ghee
- 2-3 Tbsp. Cottage Cheese
-
Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sea-Vegetables Powder (for cottage cheese)

Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Ashitaba Powder (for cottage cheese)

Directions
Directions for Eggs
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl.
- Add milk or sour cream (optional).
- Season eggs with ¼ tsp. All Purpose Seasoning, ¼ tsp. Wild Ramp Powder, ¼ tsp. Peppersalt, and ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder and whisk.
- To a medium heated frying pan add Ghee and let it melt.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for a few seconds undisturbed.
- Gently stir and fold until you get your desired consistency.
Directions for Cottage Cheese
To a serving plate add 2-3 Tbsp. cottage cheese and season with a pinch of Sea-Vegetables powder and Ashitaba powder.
Directions for Sauerkraut
To the same plate, add a scoop of Sauerkraut (Original), and season with a pinch of Three-Beet Powder.
- Add a scoop of Sauerkraut (Carrot) and season with a pinch of Turmeric Powder.
- Garnish sauerkraut with a pinch of crushed carraway seeds (optional).
- Plate eggs with cottage cheese and sauerkrauts and serve with sliced avocado (optional).
