Roasted Almonds with Charred Eggplant Powder

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread almonds evenly in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the almonds, sprinkle with Charred Eggplant Powder and mix.
  2. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the almonds are fragrant and slightly browned. Add more sea salt as desired.
