Herbal Liver Tonic

This Herbal Liver Tonic is your Liver's best friend! This liver tonic will help support your liver function.
  1. Bring water to a boil, add herbs, cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool, then strain off herbs.
  3. Add a bit of coconut oil or milk, honey or maple syrup to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
