Season tender strips of cooked turkey or chicken, add a few homemade sides, and enjoy your finger-licking fajitas. Prepare your ingredients ahead of time and refrigerate them until they’re ready to be utilized.

4-chicken thighs, cooked

1 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pluck All-Purpose Seasoning

Dash Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Balsamic Vinegar
- tortilla wraps
2 large avocadoes, ripe

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Threefold Blend Powder - Savory

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pepper Salt

1/2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sea-Vegetables Powder

1 tsp Dr. Cowan’s Garden Olive Paste
- 1 Tbsp. Raw Probiotic Organic Sauerkraut (garnish)
3 medium organic tomatoes, ripe
- 1 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Sauerkraut

1/4 + tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pepper Salt

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Olive Paste (optional)

2 Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Threefold Blend Powder – Slightly Sweet
3 scoops sour cream

1+ tsp. Jaya Raw Fermented Probiotic Hot Sauce

1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Wild Ramp Powder

1/4 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pepper Salt
- Dash Dr. Cowan’s Garden Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
- Pinch Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Turmeric Powder (garnish)

Avocado Dip
Tomatoes and Sauerkraut
Sour Cream Dip
Directions
Chicken
Tear chicken or turkey into strips.
- Add seasoning and set aside. Prepare the dip and accoutrements.
- Assemble tortillas with Chicken, Avocado Dip, Tomatoes and Sauerkraut, and sour cream and top with hot sauce and vinegar. Enjoy!
Avocado Dip
To a bowl of chopped avocado, add all the ingredients but the garnish, and gently mash until you get your desired consistency.
- Garnish with sauerkraut.
Tomatoes and Sauerkraut
Dice tomatoes into bitesize pieces.
- Add ingredients and gently toss tomatoes.
Sour Cream
To a small bowl or cup, add sour cream.
- Add ingredients and whisk with a fork.
