Burdock on the Rocks

Flavor your water with this quick and easy recipe. Add burdock root powder to a glass of filtered water, mix in your favorite sweetener, pop it in the ice-cube tray to set, and add the frozen cubes to your fresh water to enjoy a glass of burdock on the rocks. For a more interesting taste, add a pinch of salt to your water mixture, or slices of fresh chopped lemon or lime slices, for a truly refreshing beverage.

Ingredients
- 1+ cup filtered water
-
1 tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Burdock Root Powder
- 4+ lemon or lime slices (optional)
- Sweetener to taste
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
Add Burdock Root Powder to a cup of filtered water (structured if possible).
Add sweetener and a pinch of salt to taste.
Pour into ice cube tray and freeze.
Once frozen, take out a cube to add and enjoy in a fresh cup of water.
Optionally, you can add sliced of fresh lemon or lime to create a fun flavor mix.
