Whenever I think of lamb chops, mint sauce springs to mind. It’s incredibly easy to make a small batch with a few basic ingredients. Use fresh mint leaves, or a combination of mint and parsley leaves, some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a touch of apple cider vinegar. This is a great sauce to enjoy with any type of meat, fish, or poultry.
