Our burdock roots are grown on one of the only remaining organic burdock farms in the U.S. A prized medicinal food in Asian countries, burdock is known for its blood-cleansing properties, its support for healthy skin, and its ability to regulate cell growth.

First gently steamed, our burdock is then carefully dried at low heat to maximize the flavor and availability of nutrients. Sprinkle a teaspoon on any savory dish to add flavor and nutrients.
