Sweet Potato Fries

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into half-inch fries
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp Dr. Cowan's Garden Swiss Chard Powder
  • 1 tsp Dr. Cowan's Garden Threefold Blend
  • 1 tap Dr. Cowan's Garden Leek Salt
1. Put the sweet potatoes in a large bowl of water  for 1
hour. Remove and dry with clean dish towel or paper towels and place into another bowl.

2. Toss the sweet potatoes with the Swiss Chard Powder and
Threefold Blend. Add the melted coconut oil and stir.

3. Heat an oven to 475 degrees. Lay out the sweet potato on a baking
sheet  and put in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip over and heat for
another 20 minutes.

4. Add the Leek Salt to the potatoes and serve with a half-cup of mayonnaise seasoned with a teaspoon of Threefold Blend Powder.
