Our Pepper Salt is made of such varieties as Jimmy Nardello, padrone, Tam jalapeño, Anaheim and Ace bell peppers. It is two parts pepper powder and one part Celtic Sea Salt. Enjoy on steaks, buttered potatoes, avocados, folded into sauces and salad dressings – anything that could use an earthy and aromatic kick. One of our favorite ways to use Pepper Salt is added to mushroom risotto and to fried eggs.
We recommend transferring the powder from the refill pouch to an empty Miron jar to prolong its freshness.
