Our organic pecan butter is lovingly crafted by a small organic family farm in Wisconsin, using traditional preparation methods according to Weston A. Price recommendations. Our certified organic pecans are soaked and thoroughly low temp dehydrated*, resulting in an incredibly “crispy” nut. *Low temperature dehydration is the healthiest way to completely dry out the nuts after soaking.The crispy pecans are then ground and blended with organic coconut oil, a wonderful locally-harvested raw Wisconsin honey and a little Celtic sea salt. The result is a deliciously flavorful and healthy pecan butter, packed with plenty of crunchy texture, ready to create a taste sensation in a classic sandwich with jam, as a dip for fruits and veggies, or to serve on crackers and toast. Our personal favorite is as a topping for oatmeal, along with a few crispy pecans and fresh berries for added flavor and texture. You also may be tempted to eat it right out of the jar; go ahead and enjoy …we won’t tell!

Why Our New Seed and Nut Butters Are Sprouted
I have often commented that the trick with eating plant foods is to understand and work with the nature of the plant. Plants make seeds — grains, beans, seeds or nuts — to house and protect the essence of the next generation. The “intention” of the plant is to protect its seeds from being eaten, as, obviously, this would break the cycle of the continuation of the species. Plants also load seeds with valuable nutrients, fats, minerals and phytochemicals to give the tiny seedling food for its journey.

I have recommended this to my friends. I bought some other pecan butter while i was waiting on you to restock. No comparison. Since i am addicted to your pecan butter, i bought 2 jars this time.
I have to complain that some of the print on the label is too tiny for my eyes. But once I got beyond that I discovered that both these pecan and almond butters are delightful and have a taste unlike any that I've tried before. Nut butters in general are not high on my list of favorite foods. Not anymore! Other than trying to read the tiny print I will also struggle to avoid eating straight out of the jar...too much.

This pecan butter is delicious and can be eated straight out of the container. It is slightly sweet with only pecans as ingredients and organic yummy treat!
Absolutely delicious. For our family, it is the perfect balance of slightly sweet with crispy crunchy pecan bits blended with an overall super fresh pecan butter. I haven't enjoyed nut butters for a very long time because they were either too bland or too sweet. This blend is spot on. Spread on freshly baked sourdough it makes for a quick and healthy snack.
