Ground Mince with Cabbage

When you fancy a satisfying easy-to-prepare meal, ground mince is the perfect solution. All you need to do is add your favorite herbs, spices, and vegetable powders to your ground lamb or beef, and your meal is pretty much ready to enjoy. You can serve this dish with rice, potato gratin, or with steamed vegetables and kimchi; the choices are endless.

Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 medium onion, sliced

- 1 lb. ground lamb or beef

tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Turmeric Powder

Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Three-Beet Powder

Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden All Purpose Organ-Based Seasoning

Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Burdock Root Powder

tsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Pepper Salt

Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Root Medley Powder

Tbsp. Dr. Cowan’s Garden Organic Leek Powder
- 1/2 cup full fat milk
- 1 cup bone broth
Directions
- Remove the outer layers of the cabbage and slice it into thin strips as if you were making a coleslaw from scratch.
Crush 4 garlic cloves.
Peel and slice one onion.
Add onion and garlic to a moderately heated pan with a knob of butter.
Add the ground meat and seasonings and let it cook until it’s no longer pink.
Add milk and let it reduce.
Add bone broth and cabbage and let it simmer until you’re ready to serve it.
