A delectably sweet superfood, our Cinnamon Maple Walnut Crunch flavored spouted nuts are made in small batches, using organic ingredients. We spark the walnuts’ germination with pure water to unlock nutrients, then gently dehydrate them to preserve their vital goodness and give them a superior crunch. Satisfy your sweet tooth while boosting your health!

A nutrient powerhouse in every package:

Walnuts are a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants, which studies show may support heart and brain health, promote gut health, and potentially aid in weight management.

Cinnamon contains potassium, magnesium, and calcium, and offers a range of potential health benefits, according to various studies, including improved blood sugar control, reduced inflammation, and metabolic support and digestive health.

Maca is a nutrient-rich food, providing a variety of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Key nutrients include vitamin C, B vitamins (B2, B3, B6), and minerals like calcium, iron, potassium, copper, and manganese. It's also a good source of plant-based protein and fiber.

A note of full transparency about the dehydration temperature of this batch: Our goal is to follow Wise Traditions protocols when dehydrating nuts, keeping the process at a low temperature to fully preserve the nutrients after the soaking process has removed the anti-nutrients and made the nutrients more bio available. However, this batch was dehydrated at a higher temperature than we'd like (170 F). They are crispy and delicious, and the anti-nutrients have been released, but the higher temperatures have undoubtedly impacted their nutritional value. Enjoy them for their crispy goodness, as they are still a very high quality product, and stay tuned for our next batch, which will be dehydrated at the proper temperature. Thanks for your understanding as we work out the kinks with our manufacturer.

Why Sprouted?

Nuts and seeds have a protective shield that helps them survive digestion but can cause bloating, gas, and irritation, when eaten raw in large quantities. This shield breaks down as the seed begins to sprout, making the nutrients more accessible. We mimic this process by lightly germinating the nuts, creating the most alive, nutrient-dense snack anywhere.

Sprouted nuts are:

  • Easier to digest
  • More nutrient-dense
  • Bio-available
  • Packed with good fats and protein
  • All while staying crunchy and delicious
