Our original recipe, the “Classic Coconut” continues to be a fan favorite, with its large tender coconut chips, a boost of nutrition from the coconut oil, and the naturally sweet taste of local raw honey and maple syrup. Delicious right out of the bag as a snack, we like to remind folks that this classic blend is also a meal worthy of a bowl with milk!

The mixture is soaked for 24 hours, then low temperature dehydrated for 36 hours to preserve nutrients, resulting in a deliciously satisfying crispy texture. They can be eaten as a snack right out of the bag, as a cereal with milk, a yogurt topping, or heated and enjoyed as a hot and creamy oatmeal.
